Who is Tjenerskolen?
We are Tjenerskolen, and we are passionate about creating a great atmosphere through attentive and dedicated service. For us, it all starts with people who love to be present and contribute positively to others' experiences.
We are called Tjenerskolen (The Server School) because all our employees undergo a basic serving course. This ensures they master the most important serving tasks. But what we are most proud of is being able to send out happy, passionate people who love their work and enjoy making a difference for your guests.

Our History and Purpose
Tjenerskolen was founded in 2021 by Frederik, who had negative experiences with traditional temp agencies during his time in the restaurant industry. Many of the temps he encountered were poorly equipped for their tasks and arrived unprepared. This created uncertainty and resulted in low job satisfaction and poorer service.
Just one month after launch, the concept proved its worth, and Frederik's sister Katrine joined the journey. Today, our main focus remains the same: ensuring our staff are well-prepared, confident, and happy to come to work. Because ultimately, that creates the best results – both for the guests and for those providing the service.

Our work today
We are located in the heart of Copenhagen and plan and execute more than 500 events annually – both large and small. Therefore, we have extensive experience with planning, structure, and the challenges that can arise before and during an event.
We don't actually call ourselves a temp agency. We don't just rent out staff. We take responsibility for your event and follow it all the way – from the first conversation to the final cleanup – so that both you and our employees have a great experience.
Our office team is ready every day and handles all bookings and staffing schedules, ensuring that the right people always show up for the job. Whether you need five experienced servers for a busy restaurant, a smiling team for an 80th birthday, or up to 200 servers for a large corporate event, we make sure the right people with the right skills are ready to deliver.
