Terms of Trade

These terms of sale and delivery apply to the provision of staff by Tjenerskolen. Tjenerskolen is owned by Terk Holding and Katrine Møller Holding, located at Nyhavn 16, Copenhagen. Agreements can be made in Danish and English.

You must be at least 18 years old to book staff with Tjenerskolen.

Payment
We accept payment via bank transfer. The amount is charged by agreement with the individual customer before delivery for private clients. For businesses, we always invoice every Wednesday the week after the event.
If you wish for us to charge the amount immediately, please contact Tjenerskolen at 42576145.
All prices are stated in DKK per server per hour or as a total offer. Excl. delivery. Transport costs cover delivery and collection of empty tableware. The price of transport depends on where in the country the staff come from. All prices are excl. VAT. Prices will be shown during the booking process.

Staff Delivery
When booking staff, you will be asked to provide details of your event. Based on this, we will calculate a price quote for you. You must ensure that someone is present at the specified address or have arranged with Tjenerskolen where staff can enter and begin their work. If this is not complied with within the specified timeframe, Tjenerskolen's staff have the right to leave the location.

Occupational Injury Insurance
Tjenerskolen's temporary staff are always covered by Tjenerskolen's occupational injury insurance.

Sick Leave

In case of sick leave, the person responsible for the booking will be contacted as soon as possible. Tjenerskolen will try to find a replacement but cannot guarantee this. The company or private consumer will not be invoiced for the individual sick leave.

Changes
You can change your staff booking free of charge up to 8 days before the event. If you wish to increase the number of staff, you can do so until the day before the event. This can be done by contacting 42576145.

Cancellation
You can cancel staff bookings up to 14 days before delivery. If you cancel the booking less than 14 days before delivery, you will be charged 90% of the order amount.

When booking staff with Tjenerskolen, the following requirements apply:
According to the Temporary Agency Work Act " § 3. The temporary employment agency must ensure that, during their assignment to a user company, the temporary worker has terms and conditions regarding working hours, overtime, breaks, rest periods, night work, holidays, public holidays, and remuneration that are at least equivalent to what would have applied under legislation, collective agreements, or other binding general provisions if the temporary worker had been directly employed by the user company to perform the same work task.

For shifts lasting more than 8 hours, the company is obliged to provide the temporary worker with a continuous break of at least 30 minutes.

Complaints
We would love to hear from you if you are dissatisfied or think we can do better. If you have complaints regarding your staff booking, you can contact us at info@tjenerskolen.dk or by phone: 42576145. Our phone lines are open Monday-Thursday 9 AM-5 PM, Friday-Saturday 9 AM-6 PM, Sunday 9 AM-1 PM.
Complaints must be made as soon as possible during or after the event. This way, we can react immediately and provide you with better service.
If you are not satisfied with our handling or decision of a case, as a consumer, you can always contact the Consumer Complaints Board:
